How do I book?

Bookings are made via the Actio app.

We are using the NOWCA system to run our sessions.

You can register and pay for a NOWCA safety wristband using the ACTIO app, you can collect it on your first visit.
The wristband forms part of our safety system but it also enables you to start logging your swim distance and time so you can track your performance.

• Download the Actio app to you phone
  

• Sign in with your existing NOWCA account (if you aren’t a NOWCA swimmer yet then no worries – create an account and follow the prompts to sign up)

• Search for ‘Hadleigh Plungers OWS’

• Scroll down to ‘Book Now’ and find the session you are after and pay

• All done! You’re booked in!
